Job Summary
Tower Health's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) is seeking a project management professional ready to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across clinical, operational, and technology domains. The ePMO team, under the direction of our executive leadership team, can provide you with opportunity to:

If you are someone with healthcare project management experience who can establish trusted partnerships, lead teams to deliver change and help build our project delivery capabilities, we want to hear from you!
The ePMO Project Manager manages moderate to high complexity projects in adherence with Tower Health's project management framework with minimal guidance.
Operating within a lean, high-impact ePMO, you will:
  • work under the general guidance of more senior project and program managers
  • use established ePMO processes and tools to manage project requests in the pipeline and lead projects in our portfolio
  • maintain a client satisfaction, service delivery focus by effectively and proactively communicating project details and issues that threaten the success of the project
  • monitor customer satisfaction to ensure projects meet stakeholder expectations
  • maintain timely and accurate documentation in support of ePMO operations
  • provide project management education and coaching to less experienced staff
  • contribute to the evolution of the PMO, collaborating with peers on improving standards, processes, tools and implementing leading practices
This position is mostly remote with an expectation to be in the office as needed based on department and project demands. Candidates are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance of our core markets between Philadelphia and Reading/Wyomissing, PA.

Qualifications
  • Applications project management experience required
  • Applications implementation project management experience in a health system network is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of clear communication, delegation, scope management, collaborative teamwork, active listening, and diligent follow up
  • Experience developing trusted partnerships and influencing without direct authority
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a customer service orientation, including problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Experience utilizing project management methodologies and applying fundamental project management principles
  • Comfortable with and adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or another Project Portfolio Management application
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience
  • Project management certification is a plus but not required (CAPM, PMP, Agile)
