The IT Support Analyst's responsibilities will span traditional application and desktop support responsibilities but also include exciting opportunities in project management.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical desktop and application support to staff locally in Montreal and remotely across global offices.
  • Installing,configuringandmaintainingPCs,printersand other peripheral devices
  • Performing system administration tasks for in-house and generic applications, local Windowsdomainand telephony (phones,videoconferenceand voicemail)
  • Designing system functionality and re-engineering business processes byleveraginghis/her understanding of the local and global business requirements and finding innovativesolutions to system constraints
  • Providing local change management for global initiatives, including the coordination of end-user testing, training and effectively communicating with stakeholders
  • Assistingin the preparation of departmental budget and business plans involvingpurchasingnew services, hardware,softwareand other IT suppliers; and tracking IT assets (PC's, mobiles, etc.).
