Tu joueras un role cle dans la mise en service, l'integration, le support client et la formation. Ce poste est base dans nos bureaux de Montreal (85%), avec des deplacements occasionnels (15%) chez les clients, y compris aux Etats-Unis.

Responsabilites principales

  • Realiser la mise en service des systemes chez les clients.
  • Integrer nos produits dans les environnements clients.
  • Assurer le support technique pour nos produits electroniques et logiciels.
  • Effectuer des tests internes pour garantir la fiabilite et la performance.

Exigences

  • Formation : Baccalaureat en genie electrique (prefere), genie logiciel ou genie mecanique.
  • Experience : 2 a 5 annees d'experience pertinente (les stages sont pris en compte!).
  • Competences techniques : Maitrise de MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Langues : Excellente maitrise de l'anglais et du francais.
  • Aptitudes : Passion pour la resolution de problemes, capacite a travailler sous pression, et excellentes competences en relations interpersonnelles et service client.

Competences supplementaires (atouts)

  • Experience en programmation FPGA et VHDL.
  • Connaissance des normes et protocoles automobiles tels que CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet.
  • Familiarite avec les systemes embarques et le materiel, y compris microcontroleurs, ECUs, FPGA, DSPs, electronique de puissance (convertisseurs DC-DC, onduleurs, controleurs de moteur), ainsi que capteurs et actionneurs (LiDAR, radar, cameras, IMUs).
  • Experience avec les outils de simulation et de test.
  • Connaissances en groupe motopropulseur et electrification, notamment les systemes de gestion de batteries pour vehicules electriques (BMS), les algorithmes de controle moteur (FOC, DTC) et les infrastructures de recharge (charge rapide AC/DC, concepts V2G).
  • Capacite a creer d'excellents 'memes' en moins de 10 secondes.

Your Role as a Technical Support Specialist

You'll play a key role in commissioning, integration, customer support, and training. Our application engineers are not only technically skilled but also strong communicators and problem-solvers - qualities we value in our next team member.

This position is based in our Montreal office (85%), with occasional travel (15%) to customer sites, including the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system commissioning at customer sites.
  • Integrate our products into customer environments.
  • Provide technical support for our electronic products and software.
  • Conduct internal testing to ensure reliability and performance.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience (internships count!).
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Languages: Strong command of English and French.
  • Soft skills: Passion for problem-solving, ability to thrive under pressure, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Assets)
