What YOU will do
  • Mange the global interiors of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) development and application support team of up to 26 resources including full-time employees and contractors covering onsite and offshore.
  • Manage the web application development and application support for legacy heritage B/E Aerospace, Inc.'s software application and is responsible for keeping track of the development and application support performed by the team, their everyday work, timesheets, and performance evaluation (full-time employees).
  • Mange multiple projects related to ERP and DSI development which includes and not limited to DSI enterprise printing platform upgrade, including DSI (inventory and pick-pack-ship processes) integration with SAP for all the heritage B/E Business units.
  • Manage the JD Edwards Enterprise One and JDE world development for project of consolidating all spares, repairs business across interiors into aftermarket organizing within JDE/E1.
  • Responsible for change management of all the ERP developments, web application development done by the team to be migrated to production.
  • Attend the weekly CAB meeting for any development work done by team that is to be migrated to production.
  • Provide weekly status reports of the teams' work to manager and senior leadership.
  • Manage SAP power and controls support team and the center of excellence (COE) team in digital technology department.
  • Has eleven direct reports including: 2 Manager, Business Systems & Transformation; 1 Manager, Software Development; 2 Principal Specialist, Bus Systems & Transformation; 1 Principal Specialist, Software Development; 2 Senior Analyst, Bus Systems & Transformation; 1 Senior Manager, Business Systems & Transformation; and 2 Senior Manager, Software Development.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 12 years of progressive experience as an ERP Leader or related software role. In the alternative, at least a master's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 10 years of experience as a ERP Leader or related software role would be acceptable.
  • Must possess at least 10 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One Development tools i.e Form Design Aid, Report Design Aid, NER and C Business function, BI Publisher.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in leading and architecting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP projects and also conversion projects involving JD Edwards World and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and developing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne published and consumer Business services using JDeveloper.
  • Must possess at least 4 years of experience in developing complex DSI programs that integrate with JDE World, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and SAP (IM/WM module) for standardizing inventory processes in warehouse (including maintenance of DSI infrastructure including upgrades to DSI MEP 9.0.).
  • Must possess at least 3 years of project management (budgeting, forecasting, architecture and resource management) and global team leading experience up to 40+ members comprising of ERP, web applications, warehouse mobility and use of project management tools including Planview, JIRA.
  • Must possess at least 2 years of years of experience in developing customized scripts to automate repetitive tasks in MobiControl (SOTI) MDM to manage wireless handhelds.

The salary range is $191,651.00 to $298,800.00 USD per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
