Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:
Web Application Support Specialist
Location:Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits
An expert level web developer who can design and code a web application solution utilizing the Amazon Web Services Framework. The design portion includes gathering/creating User Stories (detailed explanations of how a user will use/interact with the web application). The successful candidate will not only develop the required web solution, but also create all required design/development/testing documents to include security accreditation.
The appropriate candidate should have experience with the following:
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer networks.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software design and development.
  • 3+ years of experience of hands-on developing applications in Python.
  • Demonstrated experience experience designing, implementing and supporting REST API services.
  • Demonstrated experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar back-end technologies.
  • Experience upgrading, maintaining and refining existing production applications.
  • Experience with developing and deploying Docker containers.
  • Demonstrated experience with ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, and backend data processing systems.
  • Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask or similar tools.
  • DESIRED: Experience developing Python SDKs, client libraries and other developer-consumable integrations.
  • DESIRED: Experience with JavaScript-based web applications and front-end technologies such as React, Angular, jQuery/Ajax or other similar frameworks.
