Location: Eagan, MN

Job description:

Unix or Linux Hardware and Application Support.

Windows 2003, 2008 R2, 2012 Hardware and Application Support

Incident, Change, and Problem Management Support

Experience with Incident Management Tools such as Service Manager or Service Now

Knowledge and support of Tomcat/Java applications

Knowledge and Support of Oracle and MSSQL Databases

Knowledge and Support of IBM Websphere MQ

Knowledge and Support of Network Storage Systems (NAS, SAN)

Experience with DNS, Networks, F5 BIGip

Experience working Application and System Architects in the development systems and applications

Experience with Deployment/Configuration tools such as Jenkins

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (ie Hardware/OS refreshs)

Knowledge and Experience with Software Deployment Lifecycle concepts and application

Experience writing technical knowledge (ie Runbooks, Work Instructions)

Experience working with monitoring tools such as Nagious / SiteScope / GVI

Experience in Automation development

Experience in developing/using reporting tools and creating reports

Familiarity with Oracle Databases

Experience providing 24x7 On-call Support.
