Job description

Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to supporting the US federal government in enhancing national security and public safety. They are seeking an Application Support Engineer to assist in the administration and support of applications in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, focusing on backend operations and troubleshooting integration issues.
Responsibilities:
• Install Application client tools on VDI Images/Pools
• Troubleshoot connections to Applications and integrations Load Balancing Configuration for Applications
• Application configuration with SAML/SSO Authentication
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support for related integration issues
• Create a management plan, validate sizing, and forecasted sizing
• Maintain licenses and key secrets in vault STIGs and CDRL Documentation
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have administration experience with at least two of the following applications: ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, CyberArk
• Must have T3/T5 eligibility
• Linux experience
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience
• VMware VDI experience
• Microsoft Windows Server Administration experience
• US – Citizen
