ERG is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the full lifecycle of contracts-from proposal development through administration and closeout. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and drive successful contract execution. Job Description:
  • Administer federal, state, and/or local contracts across the full lifecycle, including proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and closeout
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams (technical, business development, subcontracts, and accounting) to deliver comprehensive contract support
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with technical and business leads to drive compliant, competitive proposals
  • Directly prepare, analyze, and negotiate cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analyses and risk assessments
  • Implement and uphold procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support contract closeout activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of outstanding items
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of contract administration experience supporting federal, state, and/or local governments); experience as a prime contractor in professional services preferred
  • Experience with GSA Multiple Award Schedules, U.S. EPA, and/or DoD contracting is a plus (experience with other federal agencies welcome)
  • Demonstrated expertise in proposal pricing, contract negotiation, and problem solving
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe
  • Solid understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP)
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills
$85,000 - $115,000 a year
