Job Summary:
Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK) has been delivering quality services and programs to improve the lives of those we serve for over 30 years. As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you will provide advanced technical support, lead troubleshooting efforts, mentor IT Support Analysts, and participate in IT projects while collaborating with infrastructure and security teams.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-impact technical issues
โ€ข Lead troubleshooting efforts across systems, applications, and endpoints
โ€ข Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues
โ€ข Identify trends in support requests and drive process and system improvements
โ€ข Mentor and support IT Support Analysts, providing guidance on issue resolution and best practices
โ€ข Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and procedures
โ€ข Design and deliver user and staff training to improve technology adoption and security awareness
โ€ข Participate in and lead small-to-medium IT projects, including system rollouts and enhancements
โ€ข Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to align support practices with organizational and compliance requirements
