5+ years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications with good leadership skills.

3+ years of experience on any performance testing tool (HP Performance Center, Jmeter, VSTS, etc.).

Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools preferred

Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause like Dynatrace, HP diagnostics, App Dynamic.

Hands-on experience with performance testing JVM based applications.

Experience in doing performance testing at unit testing level (Junit perf)

Experience in doing performance testing for mobile application

Performance testing exp in mainframe will be an added advantage

Deep knowledge of Java (or equivalent) programming language and design patterns from a performance point of view.

Experience in both Windows and UNIX environments.

Strong written, oral & presentation skills.

Good communication and customer facing skills
