Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Performance Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in performance engineering, scalability testing, and SAP application performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance testing of SAP applications, including Brownfield and Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, and hands-on experience with performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and system tuning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, develop, and implement performance and scalability benchmarks for SAP applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, debug, and improve system performance and scalability.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks using profiling and monitoring tools and provide root cause analysis.
  • Design and execute performance tests in automated environments and analyze test results.
  • Conduct experiments to evaluate performance impacts of application and system changes.
  • Participate in architecture and design reviews and provide performance engineering recommendations.
  • Perform end-to-end performance analysis, tuning, and optimization of SAP applications and services.
  • Monitor and optimize database performance, SQL queries, and JVM performance.
  • Work with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
