Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is seeking an experienced Support Analyst with a strong background in Banking Operations and Data Analytics. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring critical applications, investigating production issues, and ensuring system stability through data analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
• Perform system health checks, application monitoring, alert management, and operational support activities.
• Monitor production systems and proactively identify potential issues before business impact occurs.
• Investigate application failures, incidents, and service disruptions through resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Analyze monitoring dashboards, Dynatrace metrics, ELK logs, and operational alerts to identify risks and performance concerns.
• Develop and maintain high-quality support documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to resolve complex production issues.
• Participate in project release handovers, implementation reviews, testing reviews, and production readiness assessments.
• Write SQL queries to analyze application data, investigate issues, and generate business and operational reports.
