Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives involving system modernization, application replacement, and enterprise software implementations. This individual will be responsible for managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment, change management, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex technology projects involving system modernization, legacy system replacement, and enterprise application implementations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical resources, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, and executive communications.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while tracking mitigation plans.
  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and transition activities.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, organizational change management, and go-live readiness activities.

Required Qualifications
