Job Summary:
Provides sales leadership for the growth and development of Workforce Health and other Froedtert ThedaCare Health employer services. Actively engaged in employer relationship development demonstrating positive sales results; oversees sales team activities and supports system leaders to develop and build employer partnerships. Leads client account management team ensuring employer retention and satisfaction with services. Collaborates with other health system leaders to align employer sales and retention efforts across multiple products and service. Represents health system and builds relationships with key stakeholders including employer leaders, insurance consultants and other advisors.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, including a minimum of 7 years of successful sales/account management leadership. Experience in employer health/wellness, occupational medicine, and/or health insurance/benefits is highly desirable.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
A Bachelors degree is required. A Masters degree is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management software required. Knowledge of health insurance/benefits is preferred.
