Immediate placement for the right candidate. We are seeking to hire Full-Time Home Appliance Sales Specialists for our Major Home Appliance Retail Showroom in Pascagoula.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead in sales of major home appliances by leveraging in-depth product knowledge to provide detailed information and recommendations based on the customers' needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, offering personalized shopping experiences and following up on purchase satisfaction
  • Train and mentor new sales associates in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
  • Achieve personal and company sales goals through effective sales tactics and excellent customer engagements
  • Coordinate and meet with the management team to strategize on sales approaches, promotional events, and inventory management
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement

Qualifications:
  • Only positive and can-do attitudes
  • Minimum 4 years experience in sales, preferably in home appliances or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of internet based programs and familiarity with CRM systems and sales data analysis
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Extensive knowledge of major home appliances, including specifications, brands, and new technologies
  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster team growth
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays
