  • Prospect for new B2B opportunities through store interactions, outbound calls, referrals, networking, jobsite visits, and local market outreach.
  • Serve as the store-level point of contact for assigned appliance and B2B accounts.
  • Build trusted customer relationships by understanding project requirements, budgets, timelines, and purchasing needs.
  • Meet with customers, contractors, and vendors at stores, offices, jobsites, showrooms, and other business locations.
  • Recommend residential and commercial appliance solutions based on product specifications, intended use, space requirements, utility requirements, availability, and budget.
  • Explain appliance features, dimensions, warranties, manufacturer requirements, and applicable product limitations.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and product comparisons for single-unit purchases, renovations, replacement programs, and multi-unit projects.

  • Monitor appliance inventory and vendor availability, communicating anticipated product needs to store leadership.
  • Stay current on appliance products, manufacturer programs, promotions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Partner with store associates to identify business customers and generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate warranty, delivery, installation, or technical matters to the appropriate approved party.
  • Represent Aubuchon Company professionally at vendor meetings, contractor events, trade gatherings, and community networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer, quote, order, and follow-up records.
  • Follow all company policies, safety requirements, and Aubuchon's Core Values.
  • This is a hands-on, store-based sales role. The B2B Appliance Sales Associate is expected to actively develop business within the store's local market, maintain a regular presence in the store, and spend time in the field building relationships.
