About the Organization FGI operates as: A Case Management Agency (CMA) under Colorado Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF). The designated Community Centered Board (CCB) for Larimer County. The Early Intervention Broker (EIB) for the Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC). We operate at the intersection of compassion, compliance, and community partnership. Key Responsibilities Champion mission-driven, person-centered services. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across all programs.
