Compensation Range: $20/hr – $30/hr W2
Conversion after 6 months: $50-70k (Based on tenure)

Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive, managing complex scheduling, communications, meeting coordination, and day-to-day operational needs in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a complex executive calendar with frequent schedule changes.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and executive briefings.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize competing demands.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, summaries, and follow-up communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related reimbursements.
- Manage documents and collaboration tools using Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and executive needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5–10 years of executive or administrative support experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills with extensive calendar management experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and rapidly changing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong professionalism and executive presence.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
- Positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to thrive under frequent interruptions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting C-suite executives, deans, or senior leadership.
- Experience in higher education, healthcare, government, or political environments.
- Strong meeting coordination and project support experience.
- Experience working in highly visible, customer-facing roles.
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
