Key Responsibilities
  • Admin Support: Take charge of various administrative tasks, from managing orders and insurance forms to handling emails and calendars.
  • Procurement: Be the go-to person for ordering supplies and handling requests efficiently.
  • Email Management: Skillfully respond to non-urgent emails and ensure relevant messages reach the right recipients.
  • Calendar Management: Keep things running smoothly by scheduling appointments and managing the CEO's calendar.
