Executive Assistant
Salary: $70k base plus full suite of benefits
Location: Upper West Side, Manhattan. In office 4x a week and Fridays would be remote

Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
• Provide high-level administrative and calendar management support to the CFO and senior leadership
• Coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, leadership sessions, and executive schedules
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and briefing materials
• Track strategic priorities, action items, deadlines, and executive follow-ups
• Support planning and execution of organizational events, conferences, and leadership convenings
• Serve as a liaison with board members, volunteer leaders, and external stakeholders
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
• 3–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
• Experience in a nonprofit, association, education, faith-based, or mission-driven environment preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience coordinating board meetings, committees, or volunteer leadership groups preferred
• Strong calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive support experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
