Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location-Type: Hybrid (4 days onsite, Baltimore, MD)
Start Date Is: June 15 or June 22
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Compensation Range: $20/hr – $30/hr W2
Conversion after 6 months: $50-70k (Based on tenure)
Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .

Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive, managing complex scheduling, communications, meeting coordination, and day-to-day operational needs in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a complex executive calendar with frequent schedule changes.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and executive briefings.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize competing demands.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, summaries, and follow-up communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related reimbursements.
  • Manage documents and collaboration tools using Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and executive needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5–10 years of executive or administrative support experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills with extensive calendar management experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and rapidly changing priorities.
