Position Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides visionary leadership and executive oversight for all operations of Ariel Clinical Services. This role is responsible for advancing organizational strategy, ensuring high-quality service delivery, stewarding financial and administrative functions, and cultivating a mission-driven culture. The CEO serves as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors and represents Ariel to employees, clients, funders, and community partners. The CEO leads long-term strategic planning, drives organizational sustainability, ensures regulatory compliance, and fosters strong, collaborative teams that support the agencyโ€™s mission and values.

Requirements:

Required Education & Experience

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum of thirty semester credits or equivalent quarter credits in the social or behavioral sciences.

โ€ข A minimum of five yearsโ€™ full-time or equivalent part-time work experience in an administrative capacity, obtained after the Bachelorโ€™s degree was conferred, at least two years of which include supervision of professional staff and budget or fiscal management.

โ€ข A minimum of three yearsโ€™ executive leadership experience at an IDD or child welfare organization.


Preferred Qualifications

โ€ข Three or more years in executive level business management that includes demonstrated successful business sustainability.

โ€ข Three or more years of collaboration with a CFO on budgets and financial planning.

โ€ข Experience planning, facilitating and leading Board of Directors meetings.
