Job description

Production Team Member – Custom Apparel

Big Frog of Plymouth, MN

Big Frog of Plymouth is a custom decorated clothing company specializing in high-quality, personalized apparel for businesses, schools, teams, and individuals. We’re growing and looking for a dependable Production Team Member to join our Monday–Friday retail work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Print designs directly onto garments (DTG printing)

  • Produce and apply heat transfers and vinyl

  • Assist with all areas of apparel production

  • Check in and organize inventory

  • Help keep the production area clean and efficient

  • Run local errands to pick up or deliver inventory as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on

  • Comfortable working in a production/retail setting

  • Able to lift boxes of apparel and stand for periods of time

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required

  • Willing to learn new equipment and processes

  • Team player with a positive attitude

Schedule & Environment

  • Monday–Friday

  • Daytime hours

  • Retail shop with a fun, creative atmosphere

  • No late nights or weekends

Experience

  • Apparel production, printing, or retail experience is a plus

  • Will train the right person with a strong work ethic
