Job description

Lion DTF Transfers is a family owned and operated business, and we're looking for a Custom Apparel Print Shop Production Lead to take the reins on our pressing operations. If you're organized, hands-on, and want a role where your work directly drives the business forward, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the production and print shop order schedule from start to finish.
  • Be the go-to contact for customer emails, calls, and order updates.
  • Coordinate gang sheets, samples, and product check-ins with our print production team.
  • Spend a few hours daily on the press floor running production, alongside your supervisory duties.
  • Handle invoicing and payment through Shopify before orders ship out.
  • Keep our Lion Print Shop orders fulfilled and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple orders at once.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable talking with customers and agencies.
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems) — comfortable learning new software like Shopify and Google Sheets.
  • Graphic design or Adobe/vectorizing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • A hands-on team player who's comfortable pressing daily and ready to grow into higher-level responsibilities.
