As we grow our team, we're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through remote sales channels and build strong client relationships in the custom apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new clients through inside sales channels, including:
  • Responding to inbound cold emails and inquiries.
  • Conducting outbound cold calls to screen printers, embroidery shops, custom apparel designers, print shops, and related businesses nationwide.
  • Potentially leveraging AI outbound calling agents to qualify leads, perform live transfers, or set appointments for direct follow-up.
• Manage leads from initial contact through to closing, promoting our DTF transfers, gang sheets, UV DTF stickers, and full-service print & press offerings.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection, pricing, color matching, gang sheet optimization, application techniques, and full apparel fulfillment options.
• Collaborate closely with production and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, rapid turnaround, and high client satisfaction.
• Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and contribute to marketing efforts such as promotions or online outreach.
• Deliver personalized customer service to foster repeat business and long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven inside sales experience, preferably in custom printing, apparel decoration, screen printing, embroidery, or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in high-volume phone and email outreach.
• Comfortable with proactive outbound prospecting, including targeted B2B cold calling.
• Familiarity with DTF/UV DTF technology, heat transfers, or custom apparel production is a plus; eagerness to learn our processes is required.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, phone/email-based environment.
• High school diploma required; marketing, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus for reaching diverse clients.
