About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **API Sales Manager/Director** to lead the sales and adoption of Odos API products. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and positioning Odos as the premier choice for Smart Order Routing and DeFi infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth:
  • Spearhead the sales and promotion of Odos API solutions, focusing on both paid tiers and enterprise engagements.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, targeting retail, institutional, and enterprise-level clients.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and institutional partners to ensure client satisfaction and successful API integrations.
  • Guide clients through the post-sales process, enabling effective and impactful utilization of Odos APIs.

Market Engagement:
  • Engage with institutional users to understand their needs, collect feedback, and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with key market participants, including Web3 projects. financial institutions, and trading platforms, to enhance product value and adoption.

Strategic Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive teams to align sales efforts with product delivery and business objectives.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in API functionality and user experience based on client feedback and market demands.

Representation & Influence:
  • Represent Odos in industry events and international forums, showcasing our capabilities and building brand credibility.
  • Deliver compelling pitches to potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders to drive adoption and integration.

  • 5-8 years of professional experience, including: 5-6 years in sales, trading, or investment banking roles. 1-2 years in crypto-native roles with demonstrated knowledge of the DeFi space.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi protocols, and financial market structures.
  • Familiarity with Smart Order Routing, token pricing, and advanced trading mechanisms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and close high-value deals.
  • Crypto-native mindset with a passion for DeFi and emerging technologies.
