Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced.Net API Developer to design and develop robust and scalable API solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building APIs using.Net technologies, as well as experience in AWS and Axway API Management platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable APIs using.Net technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design API solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using modern API design patterns.
  • Develop and maintain API documentation, including API specifications, user guides, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure API solutions are deployed and maintained in a secure and reliable manner.
  • Design and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to secure APIs and data.
  • Work with Axway API Management platform to build and maintain API gateways, configure policies, and monitor API traffic.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure APIs are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the development team.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in API design and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in designing and developing API solutions using .Net technologies.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services and architecture, including Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with Axway API Management platform.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth2 and JWT.
  • Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certification.
  • Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of software security principles and best practices.
