Apartment Make Ready Technicians
Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is hiring dependable, hard-working Apartment Make Ready Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities with top apartment management companies. Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.
Job Duties
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
  • Ensure all units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management to address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications
  • Must have your own tools.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous multifamily maintenance experience.
