What You'll Do:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
  • Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
  • Be part of an on-call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7.
