HVAC Maintenance Technician - AMLI Arts Center (Atlanta, GA)

Looking for a new opportunity as a maintenance professional? AMLI Residential is hiring an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician.

This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced apartment maintenance technician or HVAC technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained home.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, including HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement
  • Complete HVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics, ensuring optimal performance and resident comfort
  • Ensure all vacated apartments are restored to make-ready condition with strong attention to detail
  • Respond promptly to service requests, including air conditioning and HVAC-related issues
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed)
  • Conduct inspections and assist with preventative maintenance, including HVAC systems, pool care, exterior lighting, and filters
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage tools, equipment, and inventory

  • Availability for on-call and weekend rotation
