Full-time

Job description

At our company, we believe in business as a force for good - and that starts with helping Kiwi companies work smarter, grow faster, and compete globally.
We're on a mission to partner with USA's most forward-thinking organisations - giving them the tools, talent, and operational power to scale through exceptional BPO solutions.
As our Vice President of Sales in USA, you won't just be driving revenue - you'll be helping businesses across Aotearoa thrive in a fast-changing world. You'll lead with purpose, build trust, and deliver meaningful impact.
Why This Role Matters
USA is a country built on ingenuity, resilience, and heart. We're looking for a sales leader who reflects those values - someone who can lead the charge, build deep relationships, and be the face of our brand in-market.
You'll be tasked with building a $5M+ revenue engine, grounded in long-term client partnerships and measurable outcomes.
This role is for a builder, a doer, and a believer in better.
What You'll Do
  • Lead our sales strategy and execution across USA - with autonomy and ambition.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise and mid-sized businesses across key sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact BPO solutions.
  • Represent the company at local business forums, industry events, and strategic roundtables.
  • Help shape and grow our presence in NZ - and eventually build a high-performing sales team.

Who You Are
  • A proven sales leader with 8+ years of BPO or outsourcing sales experience.
  • Known for building trusted relationships and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Commercially sharp, values-led, and deeply tuned into the Kiwi business landscape.
  • A self-starter with entrepreneurial energy - confident navigating ambiguity and scaling success.
  • A natural communicator and team player, with a genuine passion for helping businesses thrive.

Bonus Points If...
  • You've launched or scaled a new market or business unit in NZ or across APAC.
  • You bring deep networks in key sectors like healthcare, telco, finance, or logistics.
  • You understand the cultural and operational nuances of delivering global services locally.

What You'll Love
  • A purpose-driven culture rooted in trust, innovation, and results.
  • A competitive compensation package built to reward growth and grit.
  • Autonomy to lead your market - and the support of a high-calibre global team.
  • The opportunity to build something meaningful, right here in Aotearoa.

If you're ready to lead with purpose and help shape the future of work in USA, we'd love to hear from you.
