You will be managing key account relationships across multiple industries and channels for our cross-border merchants. Responsibilities
  • Fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants in your portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts across multi continents and time zones.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders, and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience
  • Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients
  • Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention
  • Work and collaborate with colleagues in the Global Nuvei Team
