Qualifications
  • Chinese American citizens, or long-term U.S. green card holders with strong Chinese/English bilingual capability

  •  Age preferably below 40; exceptionally qualified candidates may be considered up to 45

  • Educational background or professional experience related to manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, oil & gas, industrial operations, business management, or related areas

  • Candidates with cross-cultural communication capability and willingness to work in an international manufacturing environment


Additional Information

Candidates would first participate in a training program in our Shanghai manufacturing facility in China for approximately 6–12 months, in order to gain familiarity with the company’s products, manufacturing processes, and technical characteristics. After completion of the training period, their long-term base would be our Houston office and related U.S. factory operations.
