Job Summary:

  • Brand Manager leads the development and execution of the brand plans to drive company growth and profit.


What are we looking for?

  • University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand Management
  • Solid experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in Brand Manager role not less than 1.5 years
  • Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time
  • Fluent English


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and deploy long-term and short-term strategy to drive portfolio
  • Lead annual marketing plan
  • Develop activation strategies, communication and promotion plan, pricing strategy, new product launches, and distribution priorities
  • Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of products
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, client behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products
