Job description

SOLVERE is seeking a meticulous Documentation Specialist to join our team. The Documentation Specialist shall serve as the central point of control for organizing, maintaining, and archiving all program and engineering documentation within government-provided IT systems (primarily Microsoft SharePoint). The Documentation Specialist shall function as data integrator to provide project status on elements such as funding, parts, system reviews, and deliverables to brief leadership.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and maintain the architecture, folder structure, and user permissions of APAC SharePoint sites to ensure secure and intuitive data access.
  • Implement and enforce strict version control protocols for all technical documents, test plans, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and airworthiness releases.
  • Develop and maintain charts, graphs, reports, and/or dashboards (e.g., utilizing Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint integrated with SharePoint) to visualize program status, deliverable timelines, and program health metrics.
  • Perform daily data entry, upload Contractor and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) deliverables, and route documents for Government review and approval workflows.
  • Conduct routine audits of data repositories to ensure data integrity, identify missing artifacts, and ensure compliance with USCG records management directives.
  • Provide desk-side technical assistance and training to APAC government and contractor staff regarding document retrieval, metadata tagging, and archiving best practices.
Security Clearance
  • None required, but must possess a favorable background investigation to be eligible for a Common Access Card (CAC) and USCG network access.
