Job description

Humano is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager. This position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing support to associates during the shift. The candidate must be available to work from Monday to Friday, starting at 10 am until all loads are complete, typically finishing by 6 pm. However, occasional overtime may be required. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to work 8 to 10 Saturdays per year when the yard is filled.

Salary $75k

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute workloads to associates efficiently and ensure proper task assignment.
  • Assist associates with training, unloading, and staging of goods.
  • Provide necessary supplies to associates as requested.
  • Monitor lunch breaks for associates as needed
  • Continue assisting associates with training, unloading, and staging
  • Close out the shift

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members and managers.
  • Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and inventory management.
  • Physically fit and capable of walking 5 to 10 miles during the shift.
  • Willingness to unload trucks and perform hands-on tasks as required.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime and Saturdays when needed.
