What You'll Do

As a Business Office Manager (BOM), you'll help ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and accrediting bodies (CHAP, ACHC, Joint Commission). You will:

  • Be responsible for the oversight and coordination of all financial and administrative operations of the Home Health and Hospice agency

  • Have full ownership of the revenue cycle (Accounts Receivable), payroll processing, and Accounts Payable

  • Oversee intake coordination, office operations, and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with a healthcare team that shares your commitment to excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 3-5 years healthcare administrative or financial experience

  • Experience in Home Health and/or Hospice billing required

  • Experience with payroll, AP, and AR functions strongly required

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
