A day in the life:
Step into the adrenaline-fueled role of AP Lead (Internally called: Bottler Claims Lead) at Monster Energy! Unleash your skills by turbocharging the accuracy and compliance of our Claims Representatives' work. You'll be at the forefront, ensuring everything aligns with financial reporting standards and audit requirements. Plus, you'll steer the ship on outgoing payments and expertly manage funding for our electrifying promotional activities. Get ready to lead with power and precision in the fast-paced world of Monster Energy!
The impact you'll make:
  • Review invoices and calculations to ensure accuracy, completeness of information, required documentation, proper coding, and full compliance with audit standards, as well as ad hoc responsibilities.
  • Verify that all outgoing payments are issued to the correct recipient in the correct amount, ensuring vendor and payer information aligns with records in SAP.
  • Responsible for Chain Distributor-related funding, with the responsibility for regularly communicating to the appropriate function the request for updates, additions, and adjustments to the accruals based on estimated and actual promotional costs, as well as ad hoc responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to validate promotional billing expenses. Collaboration with Chain Distributor partners and others to secure necessary documentation and approvals.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned Chain Distributor accounts. Lead hold specialized knowledge of promotions, account managers, chain distributor-specific practices, and best approaches for managing their accounts.
Who you are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related field of study.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP
  • Computer Skills Desired: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Teams, Outlook, SharePoint. Experience in SAP, Salesforce, Power BI and/or VIP-PPM a
    plus.(Testing results required for alpha-numeric typing and Power-User Excel)
