About the Role:
Join Good Company AOP Inc as a Direct Care Worker, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support, fostering independence and dignity for our clients in the Detroit area.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands on support  for clints daily.
  • Support clients with daily living activities and promote independence.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
  • Engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.
  • Experience in direct care or related field preferred.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
