Anthem Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a dedicated and skilled Eligibility Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to scheduled appointments
  • Communicate insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients and families
  • Maintain accurate insurance records within the practice management system
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve eligibility and coverage questions
  • Collaborate with front office and billing teams to ensure accurate patient information
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
