Barista – The Anthem
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Evenings, Weekends, and Event Days


About the Role
The Anthem is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. Whether
you have previous coffee experience or are eager to learn, we'll provide the training needed to
prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee and espresso beverages while delivering
exceptional guest service.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other specialty beverages.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
