Description
We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Marketing Assistant focused on Corporate Marketing to join us. This role supports internal branding, communications, events, and project execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas. 

Work Environment
Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage relationships with external vendors
Ongoing feedback and optimization of campaigns, content, and processes
Strong emphasis on organization, accountability, and timely execution of deliverables
Expectation of careful review to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and quality standards 

Responsibilities
Craft clear, professional communications with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams
Create and edit copy for internal communications and corporate messaging
Develop detailed creative briefs and project specifications for assigned projects
Coordinate and execute internal marketing projects, including newsletters, branding initiatives, and communications
Provide cross team support with various projects as needed
Oversee creation and execution of digital and print branding materials when needed
Own assigned projects from intake through completion, including organization, follow-up, quality checks, and final delivery
Support video and photography needs for company events and meetings
Assist with event planning for internal events and branding initiatives
Support internal events through planning, material preparation, vendor coordination, and occasional time-sensitive execution
Support employee recognition initiatives and company events
Manage and support inventory tracking and reporting requirements
Create and manage content, including photo and video editing
Maintain organized files, archives, and asset storage systems

Requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong proofreading and quality control skills
Experience writing creative briefs and managing freelancer or vendor relationships
Collaborative team player who communicates professionally and supports shared team goals
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Understanding of print production processes, file setup, and specifications
Ability to learn and operate SaaS applications such as Image Relay, Smartsheet, Zapier, and Animoto
Ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization, including leadership, vendors, and internal teams
Ability to prioritize, remain organized, and solve problems while managing multiple deadlines and changing priorities
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through from project start to completion
Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate questions or risks
Ability to learn NT's operating systems, including Fenevision Core and CRM
Basic knowledge of HTML is helpful
