About the Role

We are looking for an Integrated Producer who is a creative problem solver. Integrated Producers at Monks are responsible for independently leading small to mid-tier projects and guiding the execution of the work that the agency produces. They provide excellent production and communication skills, effectively collaborating with people across departments to ensure that deliverables are awlessly executed on-time and on-budget.

To be successful in this role, you must be familiar with line/studio production as well as the post production process and workow (2D/3D animation, editorial and finishing). You must be able to problem solve in a timely, cost effective manner, be able to juggle a multitude of jobs at any time, and have familiarity with the daily ebb and ow of an agency structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with colleagues to deliver integrated content, responsible for all aspects of content production from concept vetting through completion.
  • Produce multi asset campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to broadcast, digital video, animation, still photography, social posts, OOH and Radio.
  • Work closely with creative teams to nd the best possible solutions to execute their vision on time and on budget, ensuring all deliverables are planned for, capture and executed with the highest production quality.
  • Work with both our internal studio and external vendors for content production.
  • Manage small in-house productions working closely with our internal studio resources to produce / line produce.
  • Demonstrate organization and apply knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements. Maintain and be able to speak to status, finances and resource management as well as any implications at each stage of the project.
  • Work in tandem with Business Affairs regarding production estimate creation, contracts, talent, releases, budgets, licenses and clearances.
  • Responsible for actualizing, and properly wrapping up jobs with Business Affairs; completion reports, deliverable lists & wrap sheets.
  • Demonstrate passion for the agency, the work and the client's business.
About YouThe essentials:
  • 3-4+ years of experience at an advertising agency or production company producing content for TVC, social, digital, and animation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Well-versed in producing content within multi-size budgets, timelines and working in nimble, non-traditional workows and creating modular toolkits.
  • Comfortable line producing small shoots and post producing work with an in-house studio.
  • Exposure with bidding out of house vendors.ย 
  • Has established relationships with reps and vendors.
  • Familiar with AICP guidelines, union and non-union rules and regulations.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department, vendor and client relationships.
  • The ability to problem solve in a timely, cost effective manner.
  • The ability to communicate in a professional, confident manner clearly and succinctly with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and utilizes a maker mindset in creative problem solving.
  • Procient with Google Suite & knowledge of Adobe suite.
  • Willingness to travel.
