Job description

Essential Functions
Manages building operations and maintenance and monitors provided services to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and standards. Coordinates all internal and external contractors, workers, and vendors. Designs a suggestion and complaints system and ensures resolution. Schedules shutdowns and coordinates emergency response efforts.
Physical Effort
In addition to all other FM duties will need to enter animal research facilities.
