We are a professional estate research andย heirย location firm that helps individuals discover and claim inheritances from estates where beneficiaries could not initially beย located. Our team works with attorneys, probate courts, and estate administrators toย locateย rightful heirs andย assistย them through the claim process.ย 

Position Summaryย 
We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team as Missing Heir Specialists.ย In this role, you will contact individuals who may be entitled to inherit assets from estates we are researching.ย Your responsibility is to explain the opportunity, verify their interest, and secure a signed contingent fee agreement allowing our firm toย representย them in recovering their inheritance.ย 

This is anextremely fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.ย Representatives will handleย a large number ofย calls daily and must be comfortable moving quickly between conversations while maintaining professionalism and clarity.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Contact potential heirs by phone using company-provided leadsย 
  • Explain estate recovery opportunities and how the process worksย 
  • Build trust and rapport with individuals who may be unaware of their inheritanceย 
  • Clearly present and secure signed contingent fee agreementsย 
  • Maintainย accurateย records of conversations and agreementsย 
  • Follow up with potential heirs and guide them through the onboarding processย 
  • Work closely with research and legal teams to ensure smooth case processingย 
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where responsiveness and efficiency are criticalย

Requirements

Qualificationsย 

  • Heir Search experience a plusย 
  • Strong phone sales or consultative sales experience preferredย
