Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our growing research team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or related life science disciplines who are looking to begin their careers in scientific research.

As a Research Assistant, you will support laboratory experiments, collect and analyze research data, prepare laboratory materials, and assist scientists with ongoing research projects. You will work in a collaborative laboratory environment while gaining hands-on experience with modern research techniques and equipment.


RequirementsResponsibilities
  • Assist with laboratory experiments and research studies.
  • Prepare samples, reagents, chemical solutions, and laboratory materials.
  • Perform routine laboratory testing following established protocols.
  • Collect, record, and organize experimental data accurately.
  • Maintain laboratory notebooks and electronic research records.
  • Operate laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance.
  • Assist with sample preparation, labeling, storage, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and research summaries.
  • Follow laboratory safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with scientists and research staff on multiple projects.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or a related life science field.
  • Previous laboratory experience through coursework, internships, or undergraduate research is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to document research findings accurately.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
