Description:
Seeking a passionate and driven Cardiac Anesthesiologist Physician to join a growing cardiac anesthesia program delivering high-acuity care in a collaborative, physician-focused environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of the community while working in a supportive, mission-driven setting.
Position involves personally performed cardiac anesthesia, with non-cardiac weeks allowing practice in general anesthesia.
Schedule includes a combination of in-house clinical work and home cardiac call, with flexible full-time and part-time options available, promoting work-life balance.
Call and holidays are shared among the team to create individual hourly and compensation flexibility.
Practice operates in a care team model, providing medical direction over CRNAs, with opportunities to personally perform cases.
Diverse general and complex case mix includes orthopedic, gynecology, ENT, complex vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology, OB, and full scope cardiothoracic cases.
Utilization of peripheral nerve blocks and advanced regional techniques is encouraged to achieve enhanced recovery goals with surgical colleagues.
