What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an ANCC Magnet Program director?

To thrive as an ANCC Magnet Program Director, you need in-depth knowledge of nursing practice, accreditation standards, and healthcare quality improvement, usually supported by a BSN or MSN and extensive clinical leadership experience. Familiarity with Magnet application processes, data management systems, and regulatory compliance tools is crucial.
