Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex, high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development, optimize performance, and support key organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Data Governance, Interpretation and Modeling

  • Apply advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, anomaly detection) to inform business decisions related to budget tracking and modeling, and incentives around influencer/creator engagement.
  • Extract, clean, and synthesize data, primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.
  • Develop and visualize insights through reports, dashboards, and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data governance and privacy compliance across all datasets and analyses.
  • Mentor and guide teams on data preparation, visualization, modeling, and best practices.

Program Management

  • Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.
  • Coordinates dependencies, timelines, and resources across projects.
  • Develops and maintains program roadmaps, tracking progress against key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
