Overview:


Pherson is seeking a Training Analytics Developer Mid to design and maintain data-driven reporting and visualization systems to support training and certification programs. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights for leadership, develops analytical tools and metrics, and identifies system enhancements to improve capabilities. The position requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to support decision-making and advance program performance. This position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated start date of August 1st, 2026.

Job Title: Training Analytics Developer - Mid

LCAT: Business Analyst Level 3

Location: Springfield, VA

Operating Hours and Expectations: This position anticipates onsite work with standard work hours, Monday-Friday

Security Clearance:TS/SCI w/ eligibility for a CI Poly

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust, easily accessible, user friendly, metrics and reporting system on every domain, drawing from the wealth of data collected through GPC Assessments.
    • The program should target all levels of leadership, internal and external, pushing standard reports as well as allowing interactive analysis to support ad hoc queries to support well informed decision making.
    • The system should use appropriate visualization tools that are intuitive and accessible to the user on any domain.
  • Identify systems enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators, capability business cases.
  • Provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use.
  • Represent the GPC Program on technical teams or consortiums.


Qualifications:


Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with MS Office, data mining, ability to develop and manipulate, and maintain databases.
  • Demonstrated experience using COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MatLab etc.), COTS desktop software (MS Office and Access), and the Windows operating environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with software packages used for advanced statistical analysis of operational data and tools for data visualization (Tableau).
  • Ability to develop mathematical algorithms and applications in response to complex requirements.
  • Ability to identify systems enhancements and new capabilities, concept demonstrators, capability business cases.
  • Ability to provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use.
  • Ability to take leadership roles on technical teams or consortiums
  • Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills and an ability to work cooperatively and effectively as a team member

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with/on certification programs and policy development
