Job Title: Adobe Analytics Architect & MarTech Expert Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Adobe Analytics Architect & MarTech Expert to lead our digital analytics architecture, marketing technology ecosystem, and multi-channel measurement strategy. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch/Tags, data layer architecture, and strong hands-on experience across the MarTech stack including personalization, tagging, experimentation, and cross-platform integrations.
The ideal candidate will architect scalable analytics and MarTech solutions, oversee implementation across web/mobile, and ensure high-quality, actionable data flows to support personalization, optimization, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Analytics Architecture & Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end Adobe Analytics architecture, including technical solution design and implementation roadmap.
  • Define tracking strategies using Adobe Launch, data layers, and Adobe Analytics variables (eVars, props, events).
  • Develop cross-channel measurement frameworks that align with business KPIs and customer journeys.

MarTech Strategy & Ownership
  • Lead the strategy, architecture, and governance of the Marketing Technology ecosystem, including:
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Adobe Launch
    • Adobe Target
    • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
    • CDPs (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform)
    • Tag Management and Experimentation Platforms
  • Evaluate, onboard, and integrate new MarTech tools to support personalization, automation, attribution, and audience activation.
  • Establish MarTech best practices, governance, and data-sharing standards across platforms.

Implementation & Technical Leadership
  • Architect and implement robust data layers supporting analytics, targeting, and experimentation use cases.
  • Lead deployments of tags, pixels, and event tracking for web, mobile, and third-party platforms.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate, scalable implementation.
  • Perform QA, debugging, and validation using Adobe Debugger, Charles Proxy, and similar tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, CRM, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical tracking/MarTech solutions.
  • Present complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment around measurement frameworks and MarTech adoption.

Data Governance & Compliance
  • Establish strict data governance, taxonomy, and documentation standards for the analytics and MarTech ecosystem.
  • Enforce privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) across all tracking and MarTech integrations.
  • Conduct regular audits of Adobe Analytics, Launch, and downstream systems.

Reporting, Insights & Activation
  • Enable teams with Adobe Analytics Workspace dashboards, segments, and insights.
  • Support audience activation, personalization, and experimentation using Adobe Target and other MarTech tools.
  • Integrate Adobe Analytics with downstream platforms for holistic reporting and customer journey analysis.

Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics solution design and implementation.
  • Strong experience architecting MarTech ecosystems and implementing cross-channel data flows.
  • Prior leadership experience or platform ownership experience is preferred.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)
  • Expert-level proficiency in:

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
