We're building the future of analytics-and it's powered by AI.

We're looking for an Advanced Analytics Architect to design and scale Generative BI (GenBI) capabilities across Wrench Group. You'll sit at the intersection of data, AI, and user experience, turning complex enterprise data into simple, conversational, and actionable insights.

This is a true builder role-owning architecture, integrating LLMs, and delivering next-generation analytics that leaders actually use.

Please note:  We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas needed now or in the future.

Wrench Group is a national leader in home services, partnering with top brands across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to deliver exceptional customer experiences and accelerate growth across a multi-location enterprise.

Why Join Wrench Group
  • Build AI-powered analytics from the ground up
  • High-impact role with visibility to senior leadership
  • Growth and development through Wrench University
  • Competitive compensation ($155,000.00-$165,000.00)
  • Unlimited PTO with Supervisor partnership
  • Comprehensive benefits + 401K match
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
  • Architect and deliver GenBI solutions powered by LLMs and natural language query
  • Design semantic models, metric layers, and AI-ready data foundations
  • Build AI-driven dashboards, automated insights, and intelligent reporting experiences
  • Integrate tools like Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, and Foundry
  • Own the full lifecycle: design deployment governance optimization
  • Implement MLOps-style model management, performance monitoring, and data quality controls
  • Drive innovation (predictive insights, anomaly detection, conversational analytics)
  • Partner with business leaders to turn data into real decisions and outcomes
  • Enable adoption through training, documentation, and self-service tools
QualificationsWhat You Bring
  • 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data engineering
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (RAG, prompt engineering, AI integration)
  • Strong expertise in SQL + semantic modeling (Power BI, dbt, etc.)
  • Experience with modern data platforms (Azure, Fabric, Databricks, etc.)
  • Ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade analytics solutions
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex AI/data into business value
