About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and curious Analyst, Strategic Growth to join our team. This role will support critical business initiatives aimed at accelerating growth, improving efficiency, and identifying new opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Strategic Growth and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze data, synthesize insights, and help drive execution across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform business decisions
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support financial modeling, business case development, and strategic presentations
  • Track progress of key initiatives and help identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights
  • Assist in operationalizing new processes, including documentation and cross-team coordination
  • Bring a growth mindset to problem-solving and continuously look for ways to improve how we work

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
  • Clear, concise communication skills—written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities
  • Eagerness to use AI tools to work more efficiently and improve output quality
  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience in health tech, SaaS, or other B2B industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) or basic SQL
  • Exposure to strategic planning, pricing, or go-to-market work

Where: Remote, US

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
