Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts

We want you to join our team in our Western Massachusetts Early Intervention Program!!!

CI is dedicated to building a work environment that brings out the best in our employees in order to have the greatest impact on the children and families we serve.

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts with experience in early intervention and pediatrics to join our team.

Primary job tasks:

  • Completes skill based assessments and develops skill acquisition programming.

  • Develops and implements Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) through the use of the

results of Functional Assessments and Analysis and team collaboration

  • Trains team and family on implementation of strategies

  • Provides supervision to ABA therapists


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active certification from the BACB as a BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing
