Job TitleSenior AnalystJob Description SummaryThis hybrid role combines financial management and operational support to key verticals within C&W Services. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Client Services leadership, regional managers, and administrative teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, billing support and other key ad hoc analysis. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to interact across all levels of the organization and with clients.Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management - Activate contractual levers to improve margin, mitigate risk, and enhance operational flexibility
  • Perform monthly close processes and variance analysis.
  • Educate and coach client services on accounting concepts.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring processes are followed; identify best practice across portfolio
  • Support Client Services in preparing and reviewing Master Data Forms for key clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support Client Services and Finance Managers in developing and managing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and quarterly business review decks.
  • Collaborate with operations to identify financial risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract and billing matters.
  • Interface with internal teams and clients to align on expectations and deliverables.
  • Generate reports to track performance metrics and support decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support to regional managers, planners, and schedulers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred but not required).
  • Experience:5+ years in financial planning & analysis, controllership, or administrative operations.
  • Contract controllership experience required
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and CMMS (Corrigo preferred).
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
    • Prior experience with basic accounting concepts

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
