Curinos operates under a hybrid modality and has office locations in New York, Chicago, Boston, Toronto, and London. This is a hybrid position, with the ideal candidate located in the New York City metropolitan area.

Curinos is currently seeking a Client Success Analyst / Senior Analyst to help our clients achieve their deposit objectives. You will support them in using Curinos’ Deposit Optimizer platform, the most widely installed strategic deposit management solution in the world. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is both analytical and discerning, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You demonstrate an ease with complex quantitative analysis, a drive to succeed, and find it rewarding to identify the insights hidden within data. This role is a hybrid of Client Success, Professional Services, and Consulting job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

As a Client Success Analyst / Senior Analyst, you will take on real responsibility and be exposed to a diverse set of teams that collaborate to deliver data-driven value to clients.  You will work across different functional domains, developing a well-rounded skillset suitable for a wide range of career paths. You can expect:

  • Client Work:
    • Help clients realize value by contributing to strategic sessions and identifying opportunities to improve pricing strategy and overall deposit management
    • Unlock insights through data analytics
    • Explain Curinos’ proprietary methodology to clients, including Flow of Funds and price elasticity models
    • Provide clients with timely support for questions about both our platforms and analytics
    • Design and lead training sessions to help our clients find value in the platform
    • Lead regular meetings with clients and become their trusted partner
  • Manage Implementations and Projects:
    • Manage project timelines and deliverables for client implementations
    • Gather and define business requirements for new platform implementations and/or for new client projects

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $94,000 (plus Bonus)
